Many people offered to clean the 1886 baths. The pool was 900 square meters and it provided a safe swimming area.
The amount of seaweed makes it look like we’ve been attacked by an ocean monster. It can only be described as railings. Furniture from one side of the swimming pool ended up at the opposite end. “We found the lost property on top of the wall,” said Ms Drumm.
We had only managed to empty half the pool when the tide came in. So we stopped. We have to power wash the deck after removing the seaweed to get rid of all the silt and sand. We then have someone look at the electrical system to determine what is needed.
