The massive robbery of a 7-Eleven in Northern California, captured on camera by surveillance cameras, resulted in the looting and destruction of the store.
The scene shows dozens of people unexpectedly entering the shop to steal products worth thousands of dollars.
According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, the images released are chilling. They show the pattern of mass-robberies is now reaching Northern California.
Robbery took place on 8th October last year at 7-Eleven located in Rio Linda in Sacramento County.
Video footage from the 7-Eleven surveillance cameras shows that dozens of individuals entered the store to steal packs of cigarettes and cases of beer, as well as any other product they could.
Some of the suspects wore bandanas over their faces, while others donned their T-shirts. Others wore clown masks in order to hide their identities.
This video shows that for three minutes and forty-three seconds, dozens of individuals entered the store in order to steal and vandalize.
The suspects, in addition to stealing thousands of dollars worth of products, also destroyed the area for collection and broke glass on the door. They knocked over shelves full with merchandise.
